This notice applies to the Fexudami Decision Archive website and messages sent to [email protected]. The website's request card is browser-only: it does not submit, transmit, or store the information entered into it.
Information in correspondence
If you email the inquiry desk, your message may include your name, email address, the question you describe, and any other material you choose to provide. This information is used to read, respond to, and maintain a record of the correspondence when appropriate for the inquiry.
Purpose and restraint
Fexudami uses correspondence only for communication about the stated inquiry, administration of the relationship, and reasonable record keeping. Information is not sold, rented, or used to construct advertising profiles. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to the matter you wish to discuss.
Service providers and links
This static website uses local site files and Google Fonts. Links to an email application are controlled by your device or email provider. External services have their own policies, which Fexudami does not control.
Retention and requests
Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, record keeping, or applicable obligations. You may ask a privacy question or request an update or deletion of correspondence by emailing the inquiry desk. Fexudami will consider the request in light of any lawful need to keep a record.
